Don't Forget to Snack
Have one snack between each meal. There are ten delicious snacks to choose from.
Avoid Feeling Hungry
Each day has three healthy meals and two snacks. By eating five times a day, you'll stay full and have more energy.
Always Start with Breakfast
It is essential to have a real, sit down breakfast so that you'll be energized for the day.
Drink Plenty of Water
Make sure to drink 8-10 glasses of water each day, including one before each meal and one during each meal.
